Dear Parents/Guardians:
Please pick up the Admission and Registration Information package for
the 2012-13 Academic School Year. You will only need to verify the
information included in the package. At the time of registration just
return the Enrollment Contract, the Registration Information Form signed
with any updated information, the Social Economic Census Form and
registration fee payment. (The social economic census form is required,
because our school participates in programs that are federally
funded.)
Registration for students presently enrolled in the school will begin
on Wednesday, February 1st through Wednesday, February 29th. The fees
for the 2012 – 2013 academic school year for students presently enrolled will remain the same as the
2011-12 school year. The rates for tuition for the 2011-2012 school
year will increase approximately 3% a month per student.
The registration fee for students registering on/before February 29th is
$520.00, after that date the late registration fee of $25.00 will be
added. Half of the registration fee may be paid at the time of
registration and the other half on or before April 27th together with
the other fees.
Re-registration for the 2012-2013 school year will not be accepted if
tuition or fees for this academic year (2011–2012) are not up to date.
Non-refundable registration fee is due for each student at the time of
registration. The registration fee will reserve a space for your child
until April 27th. With the total payment of the fees in April the
process of registration will be completed and the student will be
guaranteed a space.
All tuition payments will be made directly to the bank using Direct
Debit Payment. Please read and complete the attached authorization
form. At the time of registration this form must be completed and
signed.
Reminder: Spaces are limited in all grades. NO SEATS WILL BE
RESERVED WITHOUT THE REGISTRATION FEE, THE SIGNED REGISTRATION
INFORMATION FORM, THE SOCIAL ECONOMIC CENSUS FORM AND THE COMPLETED
DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT FORM. All fees are payable on or be before
April 27, 2012, a late charge of 20% of the total amount will be
charged after April 27th.
Due to the limited spaces available in the school it is very
important that all students
register as soon as possible. Siblings of presently enrolled
students must meet all requirements and submit all admission
documentation (including PSYCHOMETRIC EVALUATION) before finalizing the
admission process.
Registration for new students will begin on Tuesday, March 1, 2012.
