Dorado Academy 2010-2011 School Year

It is the policy of Dorado Academy to admit those applicants who fulfill the school's admission requirements. Dorado Academy does not discriminate on the basis of religious preferences, sex, race, color, national or ethnic origin.

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Please pick-up the Admission and Registration Information package for the 2010-11 academic school year, at Dorado Academy. This year you will only need to verify the information included in the package. At the time of registration just return the Registration Information Form signed with any updated information, Social Economic Census Form and registration fee payment. (The social economic census form is required, because our school participates in programs that are federally funded.)

Registration for students presently enrolled in the school will begin on Monday, February 1st through  Friday, February 26th. For the 2010 - 11 academic school year the rates for tuition and fees will remain the same as the 2009 - 10 school year.

The registration fee for students registering on/before February 26th is $520.00, after that date the late registration fee of $25.00 will be added. Half of the registration fee may be paid at the time of registration and the other half on or before April 30th together with the other fees.

Re-registration for the 2010-2011 school year will not be accepted if tuition or fees for this academic year (2009–2010) are not up to date.

Non-refundable registration fee is due for each student at the time of registration. The registration fee will reserve a space for your child until April 30th. With the total payment of the fees in April the process of registration will be completed and the student will be guaranteed a space.

All tuition payments will be made directly to the bank using Direct Debit Payment. Please read and complete the authorization form. At the time of registration this form must be completed and signed.

Reminder: Spaces are limited in all grades. NO SEATS WILL BE RESERVED WITHOUT THE REGISTRATION FEE, THE SIGNED REGISTRATION INFORMATION FORM, THE SOCIAL ECONOMIC CENSUS AND THE COMPLETED DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT FORM. All fees are payable on or be before April 30, 2010, a late charge of 20% of the total amount will be charged after April 30th.

Due to the limited spaces available for the elementary school it is very important that all students who are presently in grades Pre-kinder – 5th register as soon as possible.

Registration for new students will begin on Monday, March 1, 2010.
