The Board of Trustees shall direct the development of
the Academy's policies and programs. The Board of
Trustees shall have the power to administer the school,
propose and approve budgets and other finance matters.

In particular, the Board of Trustees is responsible for establishing and adopting the following matters:
Educational and Academic Policies
Long-range planning and development
Approved budgets and financing
Public relations and Publicity
Recruiting an admissions policies
Securing financial support
other matters as referred or suggested by the Principal of the Academy
