As is customary, our students practiced basic evacuation protocol in our Fire Drill.
We can add another successful Fire Drill on the list. Our Dorado Academy Emergency Team gave specific instructions to each teacher and group of students. The teachers were instructed to first review the drill instructions with the students. No running, talking, or cell phone use is allowed and they would be aware of the route to follow once the fire alarm was activated. Each teacher was responsible for delivering the count of their students to the enumerators and, when the exercise was over, they returned to school and continued with the school day.
